Grace Zichawo is a Certified Wellness, Etiquette & Beauty Consultant, Spa Educator, and Entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Business Management, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship. Grace holds international beauty therapy qualifications in both ITEC & CIDESCO. She is the Director and Business Development Manager at Elite School of Beauty Zimbabwe—a premier institution offering internationally accredited wellness and beauty qualifications—Grace is at the forefront of advancing professional education in the wellness sector.

With over ten years of hands-on experience, Grace is passionate about transforming lives through structured training and continuous learning. She dedicates over 20 hours each week to teaching and mentoring young wellness professionals, with a special emphasis on integrating mental health awareness into wellness education.

Grace also leads the Elite Book Club, a community-driven initiative that encourages lifelong learning through personal development literature—demonstrating her belief that education is a powerful tool for both personal and professional growth.

With nearly thirty years of experience, marked by outstanding achievements as well as challenges that have only elevated her further, Sophie has built an international career at the crossroads of cultures. From the Caribbean to Europe, Africa, and Turkey, she has developed and restructured wellness concepts for some of the world’s most prestigious destinations.

In Geneva, she designed her first Day Spa business model in exclusivity with Valmont, the renowned Swiss cosmetic house, before collaborating with Kempinski and Clinique La Prairie on longevity and biohacking programs. She also contributed to the international growth of TheLifeCo, a pioneering wellness group founded in Turkey twenty years ago. In parallel, she created in Geneva a unique and innovative wellness concept in co-branding with English partners, a project she owns and that reflects her forward-thinking vision for the industry.

In France, at the heart of Burgundy’s epicurean culture, she launched an atypical Ayurvedic retreat center at Le Cep Hotel 5*, blending tradition with modern hospitality. In Morocco, she managed the spas of two iconic palaces, Es Saadi and Royal Mansour, further strengthening her intercultural and operational expertise.

A visionary at heart, Sophie believes that wellness must be rooted in local realities while embracing innovation and global excellence. She places great importance on training, transmission, and the valorization of traditional know-how.

At the Africa Wellness Congress, her contribution will highlight this conviction: wellness is universal, but it reveals its true power when it adapts, is shared, and takes root in every culture.

Mr. Fadhel BOUAZIZ is an expert in the textile and laundry industry with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and sale of household linen for renowned laundries (Elis, Pedersoli, Salesianer…), as well as for hotels and spas around the world. In 2020, he founded the first 4.0 industrial laundry in Tunisia, BBS laundry, which processes more than 6 tons of linen per day, despite the numerous challenges of the local market, such as the lack of continuity of water and electricity quality, staff qualification, as well as the availability of raw materials and spare parts.
Thanks to his dual expertise in manufacturing and linen treatment, Fadhel has established strong partnerships with several international brands in the local market, such as Accor, Radisson, and Hilton, which seek high standards of quality and impeccable service. BBS laundry has shown an annual growth of over 30% since its inception.
From the beginning, Fadhel collaborated with USAID and GIZ, who were impressed by his innovative project and supported its development, thus reinforcing his commitment to innovation in the laundry sector in such markets.
Outside of his professional activities, Fadhel is passionate about volleyball and enjoys traveling to discover new cultures.

Rumbiey Muchenje is a Certified Sleep and Integrative Health Coach with over a decade of experience in wellness education and coaching across multiple continents. Having personally overcome burnout, she specializes in sleep science, stress management, and holistic health, guiding individuals, organizations, and hospitality leaders toward evidence-based, culturally sensitive sleep solutions. Her unique approach blends modern research with traditional practices—from natural rhythms to herbal remedies—to make rest both restorative and meaningful. Through her programs, coaching, and speaking engagements, Rumbiey advocates for reimagining rest not as a luxury, but as a vital foundation for wellbeing, helping people reconnect with their bodies and environments worldwide.

Beth Gatonye is a seasoned massage therapist and social entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in wellness and community empowerment. Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, she has lived in Rwanda for a decade and is the founder of Seeing Hands Rwanda, established in 2017. The organization trains visually impaired individuals in massage therapy and ICT skills, providing free training, workspace, equipment, and products to foster income generation. Beth has successfully placed blind therapists in hotels and spas across Rwanda, promoting economic independence. She holds a diploma in Esthetics Arts and Sciences and volunteers her services to vulnerable groups, offering free massage therapy to people with disabilities and the elderly. Her work is driven by a commitment to addressing unemployment and unmet needs among the visually impaired, especially in rural communities. Through her holistic approach, Beth champions inclusion, dignity, and opportunity for all.
